Just a few thoughts

1st, why should I write a blog in the frist place? No one reads it or comments on it, so why should I take the time doing it?

2nd been trying to get a hold of Jillian for the last week, and haven't. She went camping this weekend and what if something happened? I won't know where to fine her or even where to look. I don't have her friends or her roomates phone numders. I don't have Stanley's either. This just happens to be one of my greatest fears! Hey, cut me some slack, I'm A Mom.

3rd I'm colder then heck. Our heater isn't working, it's in the 50's in the house enough said!

4th My voice seems to be geting worst. Can't talk or read with out getting horse. I won't talk about singing. Try being in primary and not me able to sing. I what to srceam! I'm suppose to do "Nunsence" in the fall and how am I going to do that?

5th Started a new diet and work out program. After a whole week, not even a pound lost! Sometime a feel whats the use. Why try? I've been fat for so long, I'm in my 50's.

6th My Dad doesn't seem to want us to visit this summer, he's to busy.

Got to get ready to go Visiting Teaching. Just a few thoughts.

My New Motto

Or I should say, my next sign for the tea party. I'm tired of the media calling all tea party goers racist and violent. They personally have never gone to a tea party , they're just trying to discredit the movement because they just can't understand the overwhelming attitude of Love of God, Country and smaller government! Here's my new sign. Tell me what you think!

The Tea Party in LaGrande

I had a wonderful time! Went with my friend, Marie Orton. We both made signs, I'll add that picture later. My sign was from a qoute from Thomas Jefferson "All tyranny needs to gain a foothold is for people of good conscience to remain silent". It was great exerciseing my 1st Amendment rights ( THE RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE PEACEABLY TO ASSEMBLE, AND TO PETITION THE GOVERNMENT FOR A REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES.) The right to assemble and grievances is the main part. We had some great speakers and meet some wounderful people. It's great being involed, and standing up for what you believe in!

One of the best Saturdays of my life!!!!!!

On Saturday April 10th, I went to a all day seminar on "The Making of America". Where we studied the history of the Founding Father's and the Constitution. It was the most uplifting and motivating experience! I would go again in a heart beat! It was so wonderful having Jessica with me the second half of the seminar. I love this country! I'm so proud to be an American!
